Our meals are based on Mediterranean Diet principles, which include incorporating more plant-based foods, whole-grains, fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood, nuts/seeds, olive oil and eliminating processed meats and red meats. The benefits of the Mediterranean diet have been widely documented and include weight loss, improvement of glycemic control, improvement of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, and reducing the risk of cardiovasular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and various types of cancers.
Our meal prep and nutrition packages aim to give our clients an “all-inclusive” plan for healthy eating by providing chef-prepared and Registered Dietitian-planned meals, as well as offering private nutrition coaching and meal plans to help our clients reach their health and wellness goals.
